Minehead
With a range of things to do for all ages, Minehead is a fantastic seaside destination for families, couples and those with a sense for adventure. There are beaches to explore, a fishing quarter and an historic harbour. There’s a 14th Century church on the hill and the much-photographed historic Church Steps. Take a walk down the tree-lined Avenue and visit the selection of tea rooms, pubs and independent shops in the town centre. Or just take a seat and watch the world go by in the flower-filled Blenheim Gardens or on the seafront.

Visit Minehead and wander along the tree-lined Avenue, with its range of independent shops located within a Victorian-style setting… Minehead has retained its Victorian architecture and adapted to the present day with an excellent selection of independent shops, galleries and traditional seaside souvenir gift shops alongside banks, building societies, chemists, convenience stores and other well-known retail outlets.
